As a Project Manager II, you will play a critical role in supporting our training programs while driving strategic change to ensure operational excellence through innovative solutions.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive training delivery strategies for new hire and tenured technicians
- Redesign operational training support models for all field teams
- Drive strategic change initiatives to ensure operational excellence
- Manage training programs and skills-based competency models
- Partner with Learning Coordinators to drive timely, accurate and effective execution of training delivery initiatives
- Oversee scheduling and training hours allocation
- Implement AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiencies
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and scorecard data
- Lead process improvement initiatives based on data insights
- Report on training program ROI and business impact
