FOCUS by TELUS is a fleet management software system that enables cities and businesses to reduce their environmental footprint by better managing human and material resources.

 

As a Technical Services Dispatcher, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for resolving technical requests from our customers.

 

Responsibilities
 

  • Be responsible for the resolution of technical requests from customers;
  • Plan repairs, installations and deliveries with customers, according to performance objectives;
  • Manage the schedules of technicians and subcontractors with associated resources;
  • Validate the units and functions with the technicians;
  • Validate work orders and invoices from subcontractors;
  • Manage the return of replaced or returned equipment or accessories;
  • Manage the material resources of technicians;
  • Validate with customers the quality and deadlines of the work carried out by technicians and subcontractors;
  • Update databases.

Qualifications

 

Required Skills & Abilities
 

  • Excellent proficiency in English and French (oral and written)
  • Experience in coordinating technical services
  • Very comfortable with computers
  • Sense of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Good communicator with clients
  • Positive and committed attitude
