The National Sales Activation team is an impact focused, highly engaged team transforming sales operations and execution in the Commercial & Public Sector sales space. Within this team, we aim to increase our Sales organizations ability to execute in-market through the standardization and delivery of national sales frameworks and customer facing programs. Directly speaking, we strive to "make it real" by scaling strategies and tactics that are valuable to the seller, built for the seller and developed with the seller. In this role you will focus on the execution, standardization and delivery of key sales campaigns and GTM strategies to ultimately accelerate our sales team ability to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.

Your role will be energetically focused to driving the activation of GTM-aligned sellers programs & campaigns to our national sales teams leveraging consistent collaboration with our Marketing, Product and Sales Operations teams to standardize and execute prioritized sales tactics to fuel our front-line team’s success. We are looking for an experienced sales enablement and operations rock-star who is motivated by accomplishing the following together.

Here’s How

  • Own the activation of seller-focussed sales messaging and campaigns tied to GTM objectives 
  • Integrate key national sales tactics to campaign operations to accelerate execution in the sales channel 
  • Identify & interlock sales upskilling & training requirements to increase sellers confidence and program sustainment 
  • Coordinate campaign delivery and execution nationally through our regional sales operations teams 
  • Execute flawless collaboration and consistent communication with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product and Sales Operations 
  • Operate as a change-maker, consistently looking for opportunities to improve our sales motion and transform our sales teams ability to deliver results  


You’re the missing piece of the puzzle

  • You have a strong track record and experience in B2B sales or sales enablement 
  • You have a passion for driving sales results and enabling sales professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes
  • You excel in fast-moving, transformative work environments 
  • You’re an ambitious and motivated individual who takes pride in getting the job done 
  • You ‘lean-in’ to owning decision making and driving programs across cross-functional teams 
  • You are an excellent collaborator 
  • You have a consistent hunger for process improvement and initiating change 

Additional outstanding qualities

  • 7+ years of B2B Sales and/or Sales Enablement experience 
  • Background in telecommunications and digital transformation 
  • Experience in strategic consulting viewed as an asset
