We are seeking a forward thinking individual with a passion for innovation, disruptive thinking and delivering success to join our Smart Communities and New Growth Markets team as we continue to grow and rapidly evolve our business.
You’ll partner with a cross-functional coalition including team members from TELUS Business Solutions (TBS), TELUS Home Solutions, Business Transformation and Technology Strategy as well as industry leading partners to bring our vision to reality.

Here's how

  • Lead the activation of new strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure the smooth and successful roll out of new offer constructs including the necessary system changes, to ensure seamless adoption from the channels
  • Support with new channel development, driving top line growth in security and automation for our business and public sector segments
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance effectiveness of channels which have yet to realize their full potential
  • Develop strategies and tactics to significantly enhance our Smart Building program and drive strong partnerships with developers across Canada
  • Analyze performance challenges to identify root cause issues affecting results, customer experience, and operational and financial efficiency




You're the missing piece of the puzzle
You are likely in a similar role today, and have many of the abilities and experience points, below:

  • Creative self-starter with very strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and time-management skills
  • Proven go-to-market experience with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Experienced in project management and the delivery of time-bound complex projects
  • Demonstrate ownership, initiative, showing a sense of urgency and self-direction
  • Innate ability to influence people at all levels of management and cross-functional departments/teams
  • Able to effectively problem solve, navigate complexity, manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment


  • Commercial Business Development and/or Sales and Marketing expertise
  • Post-secondary Business Degree or Business Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or PMP certification
  • Experience with real estate development, property management and/or Smart Building technology
