The Chief AI Office (CAIO) team empowers TELUS to become a world-class AI-driven organization. Our AI Accelerator team drives this transformation by partnering with business units to unlock exponential value through data and insights.
As an AI Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and tangible business impact within the CTO portfolio. You will act as a consultant and change agent, championing AI adoption and ensuring its effective application to revolutionize decision-making.
What you'll do
- Partner with CTO stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to leverage AI within their business processes and operations
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand current challenges and translate business needs into well-defined AI solution requirements
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers, acting as the voice of the business to shape the development and delivery of AI solutions
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of AI solutions on business outcomes
- Continuously assess the evolving AI landscape and identify new opportunities to drive innovation
What you bring
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and driving business impact
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills to build rapport, manage stakeholders, and explain complex concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business settings
- Cloud computing platform experience (GCP, AWS, Azure) a plus
- Passion for innovation, a results-oriented mindset, and a change agent mentality
Great-to-haves
- Management Consulting experience driving business transformation
- Product Management experience, especially with data-driven products
- Telecommunication experience or background
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.
