Your impact

 

Reporting to the Director of Operations, BCX Team Experience, you'll be the driving force behind engagement and Customer First initiatives to support our Global team of 4,500. You’ll design and execute programs to deliver on our organizational objectives to drive best-in-class engagement and customer experience.

 

 

What You'll Do

 

Strategic Program Leadership

 

  • Lead the design and end-to-end execution of strategic programs that accelerate our business priorities and amplify our team engagement pillars of wellness, belonging, and curiosity
  • Craft compelling multi-channel programs to energize and engage our large, globally diverse team
  • Champion effective change management across all initiatives to maximize program adoption and clearly articulate the business value of a strong team culture
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to clearly understand audience needs to ensure timely and relevant program delivery

 

Performance & Innovation

 

  • Establish and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to rigorously measure program impact and guide continuous improvement
  • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies and trends into program design
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on key programs, timelines and messaging

  • Proactive and proven self-starter who is adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to translate complex ideas into compelling programs for a large, globally diverse organization
  • Skilled in writing, editing and presentation building
  • Has a keen attention to detail and commitment to high quality of work
  • Organized, strategic and able to lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Expertise in Google Workspace and a track record of leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance program delivery and challenge conventional methods
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior level stakeholders

 

Great to Have

 

  • Post-secondary degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Experience in telecommunications or technology sector
  • Experience working with global teams and in a contact centre environment

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Salary Range:  $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
