Join our team and what we'll accomplish together
We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager who can see the bigger picture, inspire collaboration, and move ideas from “good enough” to “game-changing.”
In this role, you won’t just manage roadmaps. You’ll be a shield for Product Owners, a partner to stakeholders, and a driver of product-centric thinking across our teams. You’ll help us align, pivot, and scale our ambitions with clarity, speed, and heart. This role oversees various digital products within the My TELUS WLS, My TELUS App, and Consumer portfolios
What You’ll Do:
- Protect and enable: Shield Product Owners from noise and distractions, escalating concerns early and helping leadership course-correct when needed.
- Roadmap with purpose: Partner with stakeholders to shape and influence product roadmaps for the entire Customer Care team, ensuring alignment to real business and customer outcomes.
- Be the closest partner: Deeply embed with stakeholders, helping them navigate organizational challenges, funding pathways, and the digital insights needed to make confident decisions. Particular focus will be on supporting the digital strategy for the Digital Product & Strategy Teams, Simplification, and App program team
- Build the case for change: Partner with Product Owners and their leads to create assessments, estimates, and business cases that give leadership the confidence to invest.
- Design & engineer collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Product Owners to anticipate resourcing needs and solve delivery challenges.
- Champion product thinking: Lead product team discussions with research and data by asking the hard (and right) questions that spark better thinking, tighter focus, and bigger impact.
- Preach the craft: Evangelize product management across the CIO organization and with our business partners — helping us think bigger, move smarter, and build better.
What you bring

- A strong ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments — with a bias toward clarity and action.
- Excellent communication skills — you can tailor your message to any audience, from PO to VP.
- A growth mindset with genuine enthusiasm for giving and receiving constructive feedback
