The CSD partner management team is a highly engaged, data driven, consistently successful team accountable for forming the strategy that drives value from outsourced field services and contact center services by building strategic outsourcing partnerships. On a daily basis we balance being the advocates for our customers and our external partners simultaneously.

We are looking for a self-starter Financial Analyst to join our high-performing, dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you are a professional accountant within the operations. You will provide support to the Partner Management team through your expertise in budgeting and forecasting to ensure all risks and opportunities are considered. You will deliver financial analyses and effectively communicate your analyses to enable decision-making that will improve customer experiences and drive profitability. You will look for inefficiencies in our financial processes, recommend and implement improved processes that drive better reporting and/or savings for a budget worth over $140M per year.

 

This position offers the opportunity to grow and develop through various projects and initiatives, working with friendly internal business partners to drive our strategic direction. Here's how
 
In a team environment:

 

  • Coordinate monthly accrual, budgeting and forecasting processes to provide operating results and variance analysis for the team
  • Prepare various KPI reporting and investigate variances to evaluate opportunities for savings and forecasting accuracy
  • Drive reporting, analysis and financial input to projects and business cases  to enable effective business decisions
  • Collaborate with strategy and invoicing colleagues to ensure processes and audit capabilities are sufficient to reduce risks, simplify invoicing, and allow for accurate accrual and forecasting.
  • Analyze past results, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to our forecasts and processes
  • Recognize process improvement opportunities, provide recommendations and operationalize new processes that will drive better reporting and savings
  • Develop a strong understanding of business processes and operations to effectively present financial results to senior management
  • Develop effective business relationships with peers, finance managers, senior finance team, manager/director level clients, VP



 

Qualifications

Your ideal profile includes:

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an accounting role in a large, complex and dynamic organization
  • Experience with financial auditing in a public practice firm
  • Completion of a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Naturally inquisitive: Desire to understand the interworking of business processes and our data which is paramount to performing accurate analyses
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and proficient with other Microsoft Office products and Google Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with the ability to influence others at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, projects and activities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate accounting concepts into operational insights and recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail with a strategic mindset
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to highlight inefficiencies and make improvements to processes

Salary Range:  $73,000-$109,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%
