As Manager, Fulfillment & Inventory(Technology Architecture), you will leverage your strong technical and business acumen to lead a geographically diverse team accountable for setting the vision/strategy and architecture for multiple systems and applications within the Business Fulfillment & Inventory Management product family. In addition, you will work with multiple departments and stakeholders to identify common needs and drive standards to deliver on both business benefits and advancing the CIO strategy. In this team, you will collaborate with other IT professionals, vendors, and business owners to enhance our inventory management and fulfillment applications and platforms.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, inspire, and support team members to accelerate technical and business initiatives that drive quality outcomes.
- Drive transformational change across multiple stakeholder groups and support human change management.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture strategy and develop technology roadmaps.
- Direct cloud transformation initiatives including strategy, implementation, cost optimization, resource utilization, and disaster recovery planning.
- Partner with business units, executive leadership, and vendors to understand requirements, present solutions, and lead technical discovery sessions.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, spearhead modernization initiatives, and maintain knowledge of industry trends and innovations.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 8+ years' extensive experience in IT, advanced solutions architecture, software & product development.
- Strong hands on experience(at least 5 years’) working on enterprise cloud within development / migration / deployment / operations and building supporting business cases.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams.
- Customer-first mindset, strong process improvement skills, and passion for innovation.
- Technically/business curious; willing to dive into details and own the experience.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Great-to-haves:
- Knowledge or any experience with Cloud SQL, Pager Duty, Dynatrace, GitHub will be an asset.
- Knowledge or any experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- Experience with technical project management (on premise to cloud, migration).
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and services (Google Cloud Platform).
- Understanding of web-based application architectures and knowledge of several digital-first technologies including application servers, portal technologies, web services, middleware, and systems infrastructure.
- Prior experience managing a team with knowledge in Site Reliability Engineering.
