At TELUS, we’re looking for bright people who like to innovate every day. At TELUS, People & Culture (P&C) is not your traditional HR team. We embrace change and have fun re-inventing the future of work. We’re just as passionate about our team as we are about our customers, and we’re looking for people that radiate this passion.

Here’s what we believe

  • We are ONE team – there’s no room for egos or blame

  • We challenge the status quo – and when others think we’re done, we make it better
  • We live up to our commitments – to ourselves, our friends, family, peers, leaders and our customers
  • Our success is all about how we do things – how we lead and think, proactively solve problems, deliver, communicate, and more

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together!

  • Ensure readiness for annual enrolment – participate in testing, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure processes and system updates related to benefit plan changes are complete
  • Responsible for in-depth analysis and definition of business needs and the design, development and delivery (including documentation, system testing, communication) on benefits administration projects
  • Create process documentation that will support effective cross training of roles within the team, and promote client service delivery responsiveness
  • Liaise with team members, impacted business units, partners and vendors on cross-functional implementation activities to meet deliverables
  • Maintain awareness of available technology and benefits administration trends that could contribute to the team’s operational efficiencies
