As a Product Manager for the Customer Digital Solutions and Product Team, you'll spearhead the creation of world-class digital solutions that redefine how our customers interact with TELUS. You will lead commerce strategy across the Mobility portfolio, integrating digital and retail experiences. Develop and drive innovative product solutions for all customer touch points. Partner with teams to build unified capabilities that drive both business growth and customer satisfaction.

 

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to orchestrate our product strategy. You'll be the driving force behind identifying, assessing, and prioritizing game-changing opportunities for our delivery teams. Owning your product roadmap, you'll focus on crafting convergent solutions that seamlessly integrate across multiple channels.

What you'll do:

 

  • Drive product strategy and execution for our commerce convergence initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Own and evolve product roadmaps that align with business objectives
  • Champion data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
  • Balance customer needs with technical feasibility and business value
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables

 

What you bring

 

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in agile product development and delivery
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital customer experiences
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
  • Track record of launching successful products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt with evolving priorities and requirements
  • Passion for customer experience and user-centered design
  • Experience in product development (hardware or software) and technical delivery, with 3-5 years of product management/ownership of customer facing products/applications
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders across the business; building trust and strong rapport across the business is fundamental
  • Ability to inter-operate between a technical product team and business strategists
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think strategically
  • Previous experience with subscription-based products and smart home solutions is an asset

     
Salary Range:  $100,000-$150,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
