Your role will be critical to ensuring cost is part of everything we do. 

You will collaborate with colleagues within our team and other working groups to establish insights into the variable costs of both demand and labour dynamics which will be leveraged as a means of informing long-term strategies while better arming near-term decision making.  

Here's how 


•    Contribute to cross-working group interlock spanning Finance, the CSD Home Team, and Partner Management and more. 
•    Establish cost linkages to key performance indicators like Service Levels, Utilization, Yield, Repeats, and more abstract concepts like Supply:Demand Ratios, and forecast probability.
•    Create awareness around your analyses, lifting the broader team’s understanding of, and inclination towards cost considerations and containment.
•    Produce strategic recommendations to inform and support labour pool proportionality, the cost benefit of service level target acquisition VS utilization
•    Contribute financial insights and validation to organizational initiatives spanning future product and workforce differentiation initiatives.
•    Drive standardization and governance within our team to ensure benefits calculation is consistent and meet a single criteria-set. 
•    Validate business cases and financial assumptions provided to our team pertaining to impact of new products, services, or initiatives.

•    Skilled in using ranges of tools to collect, organize, interpret and summarize data, identifying trends and patterns to inform strategy 
•    You have the ability to translate a wide range of information and data into clear and easy to understand insights 
•    Commended for your solid business acumen and results-oriented approach, you have strong capabilities for making strategic recommendations 
•    Develop scenario-based analysis and make strategic recommendations to the Senior Leadership team
•    Ability to distill insights, concepts and ideas in a clear and simple manner 
•    Demonstrate ownership, initiative, showing a sense of urgency and self-direction
•    Recognized for your business insight, problem solving and future-focused mindset
•    Respected as a collaborative partner who cultivates positive relationships and influences others, including senior leaders
•    Innate ability to influence people at all levels of management and cross-functional departments/team
•    Analytical thinker who understands, analyzes and optimizes complex business problems, issues and challenges. Provides thoughtful recommendations that link back to specific business problems and goals




•    Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent in Finance or Statistics, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst or similar designation 
•    6+ Years of experience in Finance / Data Analytics
