Join our team
You’ll be joining the Pomelo by TELUS Health within the Implementations team. Pomelo by TELUS Health is a patient engagement solution integrated to different EMRs within the Telus family. You will be helping our own Telus owned clinics with setting up their online booking, automatic reminders, self-check in, e-forms and other features.

- Understanding clinic’s workflow and priorities to best implement our solution
- Helping clinics optimize their platform usage to work more efficiently

- Advocating for the customer internally to ensure optimal customer & patient experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive resolution in a timely manner

You're the missing piece of the puzzle
Required Knowledge
- 3-5 years experience with a demonstrated ability to work with an EMR at Telus.
- Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Physician office workflow
- EMR: MedAccess or Medesync
- Salesforce
