Reporting to the Operations Manager, a Clinical Operations Coordinator helps us organize excellent and timely care delivery across the country. Primary responsibility is maintaining our clinical schedule and ensuring 24x7 service availability across the country. Hours based on team needs between Saturday to Wednesday. 


The primary responsibility of the Operations Coordinator is high focus on clinician scheduling, providing support to the daily operations– our operations are increasingly complex – 24x7 availability, 13 jurisdictions, 6 time zones, nearing 700 providers. Key responsibility of the Operations Coordinator is to ensure service availability by maintaining and booking clinicians based on-demand, capacity utilization, and scheduling templates. This requires long-term planning but also day-to-day flexibility as needs and availability change based on consultation volumes.




  • Healthcare interest or experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - friendly, approachable, customer-service orientation        
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; both internally and externally 
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to roll with the punches; working at a high growth company means you will be managing change, jumping into new challenges, and adapting to curve balls
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google sheets
  • Strong organizational, detail-orientation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Takes ownership to complete tasks from start to finish
  • High comfort level with IT systems mandatory (Windows and Mac OS)

Salary Range:  $23-$34
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  0%
