Under Customer Experience Automation & Enablement, the Enterprise Communications Product Strategy team is at the forefront of the design and enablement of industry-leading customer communication experiences and capabilities through automation and AI.

Together, we'll sculpt and scale an ecosystem of tools, platforms, capabilities, and the experiences you design, to drive meaningful, personalized, and contextual customer interactions, with the goal of maximizing sales, and reducing cost to serve.
What you’ll do…
- Facilitate cross-functional, collaborative meetings to garner business knowledge and formulate transformational communication solutions
- Design, test, and deliver new automated experiences and capabilities, leveraging a variety of one-way, two-way, and AI powered platforms
- Act as custodian of the customer experience, driving only the best, most meaningful solutions possible
- Use your keen business and analytics sense to understand business needs, get to root causes, and inform solution strategy
- Liaise between business units, development teams, and vendor companies to develop new communication and support experiences
- Apply change management principles and leverage strategic communication plans to achieve buy-in
- Maintain a strong understanding of TELUS applications, products and services, organizational delivery capabilities, and end-to-end processes
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and technology available that would, if implemented, result in operational improvements, drive sales, or unlock industry-leading capabilities
Qualifications
What you bring…
- Flexible presentation & communication skills for a wide range of working team and executive audiences
- The ability to lead, collaborate with, and influence large cross-functional teams
- A proven track record for consistently delivering results and effectively meeting program milestones
- 3-5 years of experience working on complex projects and / or a robust knowledge of key areas of our business
- Experience completing root cause analysis and proactively forming recommendations for experience improvement
- Able to take ownership of, and solve, moderate to complex problems
- Leverage TELUS’ applications to develop solutions that meet or exceed business requirements
- A focus on results, ensuring operational and revenue impacts are achieved
Great to have…
- Vendor management experience
- Value chain systems architecture knowledge
- Experience with facilitating API development
- Adobe suite experience (ACC, AEP, AJO, CJA, etc)
- TELUS delivery systems experience (NetCracker, FIFA, Click / Panorama, WFM)
- Marketing and/or marketing systems experience (BOAT, DBM, NBO, etc.)
