Position Overview:
Leads development and enhancement of M&A/Post Acquisition Integration processes, tools and standards; Ensures process enhancements and standards are applied across all project related work
Here’s How:
- Champion of strategic transformational projects including deployment of key M&A/PAI tools and standards
- Leads digital automation & adoption across M&A/PAI
- Ensures process improvements and standards implement result in required level of return to support key business priorities
- Identifies key required resources and leads cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and standards within our M&A/PAI framework and processes to attain key business goals
- Applies industry best practices and provides business-consulting expertise in the formulation of recommendations related to process improvements
- Takes ownership of multiple process-focused projects
- Trains all stakeholders/resources on key process improvement and standard initiatives
- Develop enablement scorecard to track results and successes
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in process methodologies, development and implementation
- Experience in M&A/PAI
- Proven track record on leading and delivering complex process improvement projects
- Strong facilitation skills
Education:
- University degree
- Ideal to have job specific certification (Sigma Master Black Belt, process master certification, etc)
Experience:
- 7-10 years
