What you'll do
Community Strategy & Omni-Channel Excellence
- Develop and execute comprehensive community omni-channel holistic strategies and enablement programs
- Create and maintain community playbooks that optimize Go-To-Market performance across all channels
- Design channel-specific strategies to maximize market penetration and customer engagement
- Identify opportunities to leverage the right channels at the right time for maximum impact
Local Activation & Events Management
- Build and manage holistic local activation and events calendar with clear prioritization framework
- Coordinate and enable events across multiple communities, ensuring alignment and resource optimization
- Oversee event planning, execution, and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Create scalable processes for community event activation and measurement
Cross-Functional Alignment & Coordination
- Lead cross-functional alignment initiatives across marketing, sales, operations, and partner organizations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure unified community strategies
- Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to drive seamless execution
- Build strong working relationships with internal partners to break down silos and drive results
Channel Enablement & Training
- Develop comprehensive playbooks for technicians, retail teams, door-to-door (D2D) representatives, and influencers
- Establish and maintain training cadence across all channels to ensure consistent messaging and execution
- Manage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) deployment and optimization
- Create enablement programs that empower frontline teams with knowledge, tools, and confidence
Marketing Assets & Coordination
- Enable and coordinate marketing assets across channels, partners, influencers, and social selling programs
- Develop social media playbooks that drive engagement and brand consistency
- Create campaigns, rallies, scripts, and collateral that resonate with local communities
- Ensure all marketing materials are accessible, on-brand, and optimized for each channel
- Coordinate asset distribution and usage tracking across the ecosystem
Leadership & Team Development
- Drive a high-performing, highly engaged workforce through effective leadership activities
- Implement measurable engagement and recognition programs
- Ensure completion of quality performance processes and knowledge transfer
- Define and prioritize initiatives while managing multiple complex projects
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, channel enablement, or community engagement
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies
- Strong experience in channel enablement, training program development, and playbook creation
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex event calendars and local activation programs
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating with multiple teams and managing competing priorities
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to juggle multiple initiatives
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Creative problem-solver with strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and asset management systems
- Experience with social media strategy and content development
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience in telecommunications or technology industry
- Background in retail, direct sales, or field marketing
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social selling strategies
- Experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
- Familiarity with Go-To-Market strategy and execution
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training platforms
- Bilingual (English/French) capabilities
- Event management certification or experience
