We're seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to spearhead our Unified Communications. In this pivotal role, you'll drive business transformation by leading a specialized team of Sales Specialists, architecting complex communication solutions, and delivering cutting-edge cloud and premise-based services to enterprise clients. 


As a strategic leader, you'll leverage your deep technical expertise in unified communications, managed services, and cloud voice solutions to orchestrate high-impact sales strategies while fostering strong relationships with both your team and key stakeholders. Here’s how

 

  • Lead a team of Sales Specialists focused on providing full cycle sales support to the sales team to drive profitable revenue consistent with TELUS' capabilities and corporate strategy
  • Leverage your strong business acumen to assess and advance large complex opportunities, including participation in the bid governance process
  • Foster strategic partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Google, Avaya) to drive solution development and process optimization. 
  • Provide thought leadership on industry trends, focusing on technological innovation and transformation to guide future strategies and maintain competitive advantage
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Support your team with funnel management, forecasting, creating innovative solutions and strategies, optimized through SFDC (Salesforce)

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in unified communications (UC) solutions, preferably in the telecom industry or related enterprise sectors
  • Proven track record of leading successful enterprise solutions sales teams, with a focus on relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders, driving impactful outcomes
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Experience in both Enterprise public and commercial sectors 


Bonus Points:

  • Professional Sales certifications: Or equivalent designations showcasing your expertise.
  • University degree or equivalent senior-level experience: Demonstrating your commitment to excellence.

Salary Range:  $101,000-$151,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  $60,000-80,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
