We're seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to spearhead our Unified Communications. In this pivotal role, you'll drive business transformation by leading a specialized team of Sales Specialists, architecting complex communication solutions, and delivering cutting-edge cloud and premise-based services to enterprise clients.
As a strategic leader, you'll leverage your deep technical expertise in unified communications, managed services, and cloud voice solutions to orchestrate high-impact sales strategies while fostering strong relationships with both your team and key stakeholders. Here’s how
- Lead a team of Sales Specialists focused on providing full cycle sales support to the sales team to drive profitable revenue consistent with TELUS' capabilities and corporate strategy
- Leverage your strong business acumen to assess and advance large complex opportunities, including participation in the bid governance process
- Foster strategic partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Google, Avaya) to drive solution development and process optimization.
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, focusing on technological innovation and transformation to guide future strategies and maintain competitive advantage
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Support your team with funnel management, forecasting, creating innovative solutions and strategies, optimized through SFDC (Salesforce)

Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in unified communications (UC) solutions, preferably in the telecom industry or related enterprise sectors
- Proven track record of leading successful enterprise solutions sales teams, with a focus on relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders, driving impactful outcomes
- Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and senior leadership
- Experience in both Enterprise public and commercial sectors
