Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach a high-performing sales team focused on full-cycle enterprise sales support
- Revenue Generation: Drive profitable revenue aligned with TELUS' capabilities and corporate strategy
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster relationships with key partners (Cisco, Microsoft, Google, Avaya)
- Solution Development: Architect complex enterprise communications solutions
- Performance Management:
- Manage sales pipeline through SFDC (Salesforce)
- Create innovative solutions and strategies
- Present sales reports to senior management
- Participate in bid governance processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in UC solutions
- Proven track record leading enterprise solutions sales teams
- Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders
- Strong background in telecom industry or related enterprise sectors
- Expertise in both public and commercial sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Sales certifications
- University degree or equivalent senior-level experience
- Experience with Cisco, Microsoft, or Avaya platforms
- Strong background in cloud voice and managed services
