The Marketing success house team is at the heart of our Consumer Wireline business, Leading Capital planning, project management and execution of key strategic programs, managing BAU activities and developing compelling offers to attract, retain and grow our customer base, with a focus on driving long-term profitability. As part of the broader Consumer Marketing & Channels organization, our talented team members work in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment with an exciting mandate.
 

What you’ll do 
 

As a Marketing specialist you will play a crucial role in:
 

  • Strategic ownership of offer configuration including consulting on how offers work together and provide recommendations on offer stackability and outcomes
  • Configuring offers, & products in our sales systems ; help to plan and execute on release acceptance testing; create specifications for offers to meet business needs
  • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing offer creations processes and procedures
  • Helo to provide documentation of technical requirements and processes associated with offer creation and development
  • Participate in the planning, developing, testing, coordinating and implementation of our offer and product redemption programs
  • Work with diverse internal and external stakeholders to collect data and conduct problem management while being conscious of key priorities, and resource constraints

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring 

  • Technical Expertise: You have 2-3+ yrs experience in a Systems Analyst like position, you enjoy system configuration, and conducting system upgrades
  • Holistic Marketing Mindset: Firm understanding of our business combined with experience developing customer-facing processes and thinking through end-to-end customer journeys
  • Proactive Planner: Highly developed personal planning and organizational skills and mastered the art of initiating, planning, and organizing activities to meet deliverables and work with minimal guidance
  • Change Enthusiast: Project and change management skills with a passion for continuous learning and growth to effectively spearhead change
  • Influencer: Flexible communication style that motivates and influences all levels of decision-makers, clients and team members

  • Excellent relationship-building and people skills combined with sound judgment
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and presentation

 

 

Salary Range:  $58,000-$88,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  10%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
