We are introducing the Network Specialist II role to bring the proven operational model of the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Transport Assurance teams into the IP Assurance team. For candidates outside our Service RADAR organization, this means adopting a unified horizontal model that focuses specialized Assurance teams entirely on the most critical, engineering hands-on tasks. This model leverages design thinking to lead advanced AI automation, "shift-left" remote resolutions, and a modernized future ServiceNow ecosystem to resolve issues faster and scale excellence.

  • Foster Cross-Functional Alignment by partnering with vendors, peer teams, and business stakeholders to seamlessly develop and deploy operational network and strategic system deliverables

  • Participate in incident bridges, work with vendors on incidents, and handle weekday escalation requests to support rapid issue resolution

  • Drive Capability Building & Growth by equipping operational teams with high-impact technical training, fostering peer development, and cultivating the specialized methodologies needed to navigate transformations

  • Establish strong feedback and continuous improvement loops with the teams to drive the right balance between financial outcomes, customer experience and team member success
