The Customer Excellence team is a dynamic, driven, fast-paced, and highly engaged group. Together, the team is responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experience strategies.


As a Performance Analysis Consultant and a member of the Customer Excellence and Field Solutions Data and Analytics team, you will be a key contributor to our success. You will support the reporting and analysis for Aspire, a program to enable field revenue generation. You will interact with cross-functional teams to report and analyze data for revenue generation possibilities. We seek a highly motivated individual who can work with stakeholders to gather KPIs, variance explanations, and opportunities. 


What you will do

 

  • Design, analyze, and implement revenue-driven strategies using robust data models
  • Lead the weekly operational review, a weekly cross-functional review highlighting the health of the program
  • Collaborate across teams to optimize processes for revenue generation and growth
  • Leverage your creativity to design slides that communicate through visuals (graphics > text)

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • A proven track record in performance consulting, business analytics, and/or revenue operations
  • Strong analytical skills in complex data and KPIs
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent management skills in leading programs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degreein a related field

 

Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will, most of the time, interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.

 

Salary Range:  $88,000-$132,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
