The TELUS Corporate Citizenship & Communications (CC&C) team is seeking a Project coordinator to join our PMO team. This person will help drive integration, program delivery excellence and governance to enable success.

 

Our team and what we’ll accomplish together

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized project manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). This position, reporting to the manager of the CC&C project management office, offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in project management and gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Own governance process development within CC&C, working closely with their direct report
  • Provide comprehensive support to Project Managers across the team, enabling them to effectively lead initiatives and deliver strategic outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Keep stakeholders and project sponsors informed of progress, ensuring that agreed upon milestones, deliverables, and scorecards are met including the facilitation of required forums and project team meetings

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy

 

 

Salary Range:  $62,000-$94,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  10%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
