The TELUS PureFibre Team drives strategic capital allocation for our world-leading broadband network, delivering Canada's fastest and most reliable internet to homes and businesses across the country. We operate in a collaborative, high-performance environment centered around financial rigor and disciplined growth.

We are seeking a detail-driven Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution. If you thrive on navigating complexity and delivering results in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, marketing and operations to plan, track, and execute key deliverables for targeted market initiatives.
  • Synthesize complex business requirements into clear, actionable program roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on initiative-level financial metrics against strategic targets.
  • Codify go-to-market strategies to turn successful initiatives into repeatable blueprints.

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting initiative rollouts.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete, actionable outcomes.
  • Skilled in crafting and delivering clear, impactful presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process improvement and creative problem-solving capabilities.

Great-to-haves

  • Background in the telecommunications industry
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum project management frameworks
Salary Range:  $70,000-$120,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if the posted salary range doesn't match your expectations. We're open to discussing competitive compensation packages tailored to your experience level and expertise. TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:

  • Comprehensive total rewards package highlighting competitive salary and bonus structures, minimum 3 weeks of vacation, and flexible benefits plan to meet the needs of you and your family
  • Flexibility to work in-office, virtually or a combination of both
  • Generous company matched pension and share purchase programs
