What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle to deliver strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth and operational excellence
- Create and execute comprehensive project plans for new product launches that drive market expansion and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product integration into field operations
- Track project progress, tackle risks, and deliver updates to maintain project momentum and stakeholder alignment
- Transform and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize field operations efficiency
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to accelerate project outcomes and drive consensus on critical decisions
- Create and present project updates for governance calls to ensure strategic alignment and secure continued executive support
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in project management methodologies
- Proven communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Strong capability in gathering business requirements, assessing risks, and developing mitigation plans
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of introducing creative solutions to complex challenges
- Proven ability to present and communicate complex information to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to balance product knowledge with operational needs
- Experience with customer experience initiatives is an asset
Great-to-haves
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in product introduction or field operations
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent)
