What you’ll do

 

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle to deliver strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth and operational excellence
  • Create and execute comprehensive project plans for new product launches that drive market expansion and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product integration into field operations
  • Track project progress, tackle risks, and deliver updates to maintain project momentum and stakeholder alignment
  • Transform and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize field operations efficiency
  • Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to accelerate project outcomes and drive consensus on critical decisions
  • Create and present project updates for governance calls to ensure strategic alignment and secure continued executive support

Qualifications


What you bring

 

  • Strong foundation in project management methodologies
  • Proven communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Strong capability in gathering business requirements, assessing risks, and developing mitigation plans
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of introducing creative solutions to complex challenges
  • Proven ability to present and communicate complex information to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to balance product knowledge with operational needs
  • Experience with customer experience initiatives is an asset

Great-to-haves

 

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in product introduction or field operations
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) 
Salary Range:  $77,000-$115,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
