The Fibre Build Enablement team is accountable for ensuring our build teams have the materials and support they need to expand and sustain our fibre footprint across Canada. We're building flexibility, agility, and resiliency into our supply chain processes to seamlessly deliver on our build and marketing targets—keeping Canadians connected.

 

We're seeking a project management and analysis professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. You excel under pressure, remain resilient when facing obstacles, and have a genuine passion for solving supply chain challenges. Your analytical approach and collaborative spirit will inspire stakeholders and peers to take ownership and drive initiatives to completion.

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Support build partner teams by ensuring timely material availability to sustain fibre network expansion
  • Identify and drive continuous improvements in supply chain operations, including supplier risk assessments and vulnerability analysis
  • Collaborate across internal and external teams—project, material, design, and build—to align priorities and remove bottlenecks
  • Automate and enhance materials reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into material status and capital spend across the build program
  • Proactively monitor material availability and shipment status against required dates to mitigate impacts to build schedules, partnering with distribution and build teams to resolve risks
  • Work with the master scheduler to plan activities, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels to support program deliverables
  • Conduct analytical reviews to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications


What you bring

 

  • Solid understanding of supply chain functions, scheduling processes, and best practices
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in complex supply chain or project environments, with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated forecasting and vendor management experience
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete, actionable outcomes
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) to present complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborative, self-sufficient, and highly motivated with a track record of delivering results under pressure in dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education and/or relevant professional experience

 

Great-to-Haves

 

  • Supply chain certification (CSCP or SCMP) or project management credential (PMP or Agile certification)
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, including probability, regression, time series analysis, and experience with AI-driven demand forecasting models
  • Experience managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Background in the telecommunications industry
Salary Range:  $70,000-$120,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
