Description

 

As a Resource Coordinator you are responsible for the scheduling and coordination of service and installations for a team of technicians in a wide geographical area of Canada. Collaboration with the sales channels and other organizational departments is required to support and influence positive outcomes for our TELUS Custom Security customer base. The position is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, as well as performing various administrative functions centralized to promote business efficiency and best practices. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Balancing technician schedule with efficiency and productivity given customer expected arrival time
  • Reprioritization of jobs as required to meet customer commitments
  • Support an engaged team of technicians that gives their best to our valued customers
  • Maintain high quality of service for maximum customer retention
  • High level of problem solving includes pending requests, customer escalations while maintaining composure
  • Promote work environment respective to Health & Safety
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality work to customer base
  • Take initiative to ensure work projects are on track
