As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be accountable for supporting key business initiatives with stakeholders, understanding the business context and tackling roadblocks. You will accomplish your objectives by targeting high-impact challenges, driving quick decisions and working closely with stakeholders to support reliability and transformation.


What you’ll do


  • Take ownership of key business problems, working with key business partners to create innovative insights and take them to solution that will make a difference to the business
  • Lead initiatives, creating a reputation for compelling business strategy, present insights and options to key stakeholders for improving operational efficiency
  • Provide thought leadership on novel approaches, supplementing gaps with industry knowledge
  • Pivot as required by leadership to meet critical needs of the business and team
  • Over time, establish yourself as a Network Change Management subject matter expert across the business





What you bring


  • Strong analytical acumen to differentiate and translate business needs
  • Exceptional people skills and ability to adapt, enabling you to lead, motivate and influence team members while cultivating good working relationships at different levels
  • Expert ability to break down / decompose complex data sets and ambiguous problems to effectively communicate complex analysis or results to leadership
  • Skilled at quickly deriving insights with large data sets
  • Solid abilities in business analysis, including both quantitative and qualitative analyses, problem-solving skills, and ability to propose more than one solution to a problem
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to set priorities, negotiate, plan and organize activities; ability to achieve the desired results working with minimum supervision
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills




  • Knowledge and experience in change management is an asset
  • Experience with applying change management best practices in a technical role
  • Bilingual in English and French
