Our team and what we'll accomplish together
Join the Demand and Intake Enablement Hub, a strategic team transforming how business demand flows into technical reality. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be the “connective tissue” between organizational needs and engineering excellence, protecting developer capacity while driving high-velocity delivery. This is your chance to work with a forward-thinking team that's moving from traditional PMO governance to AI-centric enablement, where you'll use curiosity and critical thinking to uncover what's really needed before work enters the backlog. You'll prevent the "magic button" mindset by enforcing rigorous intake processes that ensure only validated, high-impact work reaches the engineering team.
What You’ll Do
Drive the strategic evolution of our automation ecosystem by orchestrating high-velocity intake, conducting rigorous feasibility analysis, and translating complex business requirements into high-impact technical solutions that maximize ROI.
- Execute high-velocity intake management by triaging and categorizing all requests—from "Lightning" to "Complex"—within a 48-hour window to ensure rapid organizational responsiveness
- Drive backlog excellence and execution readiness by translating business needs into high-quality user stories and technical briefs, ensuring a consistent, high-value pipeline for development teams
- Architect ROI and impact models in partnership with stakeholders to forecast business value, prioritizing the automation backlog based on strategic impact and risk reduction
- Lead AIOps feasibility and process integrity assessments to determine automation readiness, advocating for process re-engineering to ensure we automate for efficiency rather than replicating broken workflows
- Champion continuous delivery optimization by identifying bottlenecks in the intake-to-delivery lifecycle and implementing best practices for scalable, high-performance automation
