Within the TELUS Business Solutions, Strategy & Enablement team, the Emergent Revenue Program team is at the forefront of driving revenue in TBS via Emergent sources. Together, we will drive the flawless and efficient end-to-end execution of our programs (from planning to market launch and beyond).
Our goal is to be the best strategy and enablement team at TELUS, and the only way we can do that is to continually add the best people to our already great team.

You are a passionate and experienced business analyst who loves to develop new services. You are able to identify business issues, evaluate root causes, develop creative solutions, gain stakeholder support, and implement meaningful change.
You will drive user acceptance and/or operational readiness testing and reporting, support end to end process development, procedure documentation and implement post mortem measurements to achieve continuous improvement on our customer platform.
You will collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes tied to driving new revenue and excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
- 5+ years progressive experience in Business Analysis and Process Development preferably within the telecommunications industry, including service introduction experience
- Advanced ability to perform an appropriate level of assessment to recommend solutions; make sound decisions based on facts, experience and judgment
- Strong ability to communicate, influence and motivate people outside of an authority relationship, and forge productive and lasting alliances across all areas of TELUS
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt
- Highly detail oriented, organized, exceptional analytical skills and able to deal with ambiguity/complex issues and concepts
- Passion for excellence, strong work ethic, self-starter and solutions-oriented with the ability to proactively drive issues to closure despite multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Agile software release UAT and ORT testing processes and methods a strong asset
- Knowledge of Wireline business fulfillment processes, products, and systems considered an asset
- Education: Post-secondary degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Certification: ITIL, Agile, Six sigma certification and CBAP/CCBA certifications considered an asset
