The Senior Customer Solutions Architect (Sr CSA) team connects our customers with industry-leading technology solutions to create opportunities and solve business challenges across various segments within the private sector. Located across Canada, the CSA team focuses on pre-sales architecture and creating comprehensive technology roadmaps. By providing thought leadership and leveraging TELUS’ breadth of technology solutions to enable customers’ business goals, we assist Canadian businesses in prioritizing their initiatives to what matters most.
Working collaboratively with Sales, you will develop and cultivate relationships at all levels within our customers’ organization, boost customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor. Using your ability to be a strategic thinker and technology influencer, you will clearly articulate a holistic view of integrating technology as an enabler of our customers’ strategic initiatives.

As a Senior Customer Solutions Architect within the mid-market team, you will be the integral connection between TELUS and our customer’s business. You will lead the architecture development of innovative solutions by the following:
- With a combination of business acumen, consulting ability, technical and sales skills, you thrive in finding the right services to adopt and expand TELUS solutions by clearly demonstrating the positive impact on our customer’s business objectives
- Be an advocate for the customer by leveraging the appropriate resources within TELUS and our partners
- Highly organized: you can handle ambiguous ideas and help drive the team to a concrete plan
- Develop digital transformation roadmaps based on our customers’ unique technical environments
- Regular touch base sessions with internal stakeholders to remain current on TELUS’ technology offerings
- Staying on the leading edge of technology and challenging the status quo
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
- Customers-First passion and excellence in customer relationship development
- Understand the IT/Telecommunications competitive landscape across Canada
- 3+ years of experience in leading the architecture of solutions across multiple technologies
- Experience leading and facilitating: workshops, whiteboard discussions, technology roadmaps, and consulting conversations with customers
- Proven track record in effectively working and leveraging cross-functional resources in an organization to lead an initiative or technical solution
- Technical understanding across multiple-solution portfolios such as: Telecommunications, Mobility, Unified Communications, Security, Cloud and IT Hosting Solutions
- Ability to formulate solutions in a complex technology and business environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills; be seen as a peer and advisor to executive-level clients leading them to embrace TELUS solutions as strategic to their business
- Ability to discuss customer solution benefits from both a technical and financial perspective
- Sales training/account planning – strong asset
