If so, join our Technical Sales team as our next Senior Customer Solutions Architect (Snr CSA). In this role, you will connect our customers with industry-leading technology solutions, such as AI, network connectivity and cybersecurity, creating opportunities and solving business challenges in the Enterprise segment. This role will be preferably based out of Alberta. All applicants must be located in Alberta or British Columbia to be considered. We offer a flexible workstyle, with a work-from-home option and customer visits, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
As a Senior CSA, you will be an integral part in driving end-to-end sales success, leading customer discovery, creating comprehensive technology roadmaps and contributing to deal closure. You will develop relationships at all levels within customers' organizations and challenge client technical teams constructively to align solutions with business needs.
Playing a crucial role in pre-sales architecture, you will enable customers to prioritize initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage TELUS' wide range of technology solutions and thought leadership to present a holistic view of how technology can integrate and enable customers' strategic initiatives.
Your Business Acumen, critical thinking skills, and proven sales experience will be essential in driving success for both our customers and our company.

Understand the IT/Telecommunications competitive landscape across Canada

5+ years of experience in leading the architecture of solutions across multiple technologies

Experience leading and facilitating: workshops, whiteboard discussions, technology roadmaps, and consulting conversations with customers

Proven track record in effectively working and leveraging cross-functional resources in an organization to lead an initiative or technical solution

Technical understanding across multiple-solution portfolios such as: Telecommunications, Mobility, Unified Communications, Security, Cloud and IT Hosting Solutions

Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills; be seen as a peer and advisor to executive-level clients leading them to embrace TELUS solutions as strategic to their business

Ability to discuss customer solution benefits from both a technical and financial perspective
