Are you a proven IT Project Manager ready to lead high‑impact technology and automation programs, partnering with executives, technical teams, and vendors to deliver strategic transformation, elevate reliability, and drive measurable business results? We're seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to join the Reliability Centre of Excellence (RCoE) Program Management Office—a strategic hub managing a portfolio of over 30 mission‑critical initiatives. You'll take ownership of high‑priority programs, including Business Monitoring Automation, AI‑driven integrations with fault and performance management tools, and modernization projects such as end‑of‑life application replacements. In this role, you'll oversee vendor and Statement of Work (SOW) management, build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, and work alongside skilled Program and Project Managers to deliver initiatives that reduce manual effort, enhance service reliability, and increase operational efficiency through centralized governance and data‑driven delivery practices.
What you’ll do

Drive strategic alignment that align technology programs with RCoE reliability, automation, and efficiency goals

Lead high-visibility projects from planning through delivery, balancing priorities, risks, and resources to achieve on‑time, high‑quality results.

Collaborate with executives, technical teams, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions, manage Statements of Work, and build strong strategic partnerships.

Inspire and guide teams by fostering collaboration, mentoring project members, and maintaining a high‑performance culture.

Optimize delivery by championing process improvements, automation, and best practices for continuous efficiency gains.

Oversee budgets and mitigate risks to protect delivery commitments, service continuity, and business outcomes.
Qualifications
What you bring
-
3+ years of recent experience leading complex, large‑scale IT and telecom projects and programs in dynamic environments.

Post‑secondary degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems/Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration/Commerce, or Finance, and Program/Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience.

Proven success delivering AI and automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Strong vendor and SOW management expertise, building productive partnerships with strategic technology providers.

Skilled in Agile delivery with hands‑on experience in sprints, stand‑ups, and backlog management.

Demonstrated human change management ability to guide organizations through major transformations.

Proven track record of aligning business and technology teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

Ability to manage competing priorities in high‑complexity, fast‑moving environments.

Experience in telecommunications, network operations, data centres, corporate security, or systems operations.
