Here's How

 

As a Senior Product Manager on the Emerging Markets Product & Solutions team, you will play an integral leadership role in working with our key stakeholders to build our
innovative product & solutions roadmap including:

 

  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch
  • Develop use-cases, user stories & market insights to support with our innovative product and service development
  • Lead vendor selection, engagement, business term and pricing negotiations, while working closely with our technology strategy, privacy, and procurement teams to ensure our solutions deliver the best-in-class customer experience TELUS customers expect
  • Work with our various internal teams to analyze performance challenges to identify root cause of product issues affecting results, customer experience, and operational efficiency
  • Define, analyze and present product opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders

 

 

Qualifications

 

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

 

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product management and project management
  • You have experience in all stages of product development from idea to install and beyond
  • Creative self-starter with very strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and time-management skills
  • Experience with software integrations and testing methodology in the IoT space
  • Demonstrate ownership, initiative, showing a sense of urgency and self-direction
  • Ability to translate customer needs to business requirements clarity and ease
  • Able to effectively problem solve, relentlessly prioritize, manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment

 

Nice to haves

 

  • Experience in advanced consumer security, automation, touchless environments and building products and services
  • University degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering or a related-field

Salary Range:  $96,000-$144,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
