Ready to influence how millions of customers experience our most innovative products? As Senior Product Manager (Go-To-Market), you'll own the strategy that makes our Door-to-Door channel competitive and profitable. You'll drive the go-to-market vision for our most exciting portfolios—Future Friendly Home, SmartHome Security, and Mobility—and directly shape how we win in the market.

 

You'll develop the strategy that matters. Using market research, competitive intelligence, and real-time performance data, you'll uncover opportunities and translate them into compelling business cases that influence executive decisions. Your recommendations will shape positioning, pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies that drive revenue and market share.

 

Partner with marketing and channel leadership to ensure every strategy is commercially sound and aligned to sales objectives. You'll be the trusted voice bridging market insights with field realities—balancing opportunity, execution, and profitability.

Qualifications


What you bring

 

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to advise on channel offer effectiveness, develop customized strategies, and strengthen the Go-To-Market value proposition for the D2D channel
  • Use primary and secondary market research and competitive landscape analysis to recommend solutions that support and/or reposition existing or new product offerings
  • Analyze and anticipate market, customer, regulatory, and technology trends; create structured business plans and present recommendations to senior leaders
  • Develop and implement effective and realistic product strategies and tactics related to pricing, bundling, positioning, placement, promotion, and customer needs
  • Build comprehensive business cases evaluating revenue, margin, and cost implications of proposed GTM initiatives
  • Regularly evaluate product performance relative to sales and marketing objectives and recommend course corrections as needed

 


What you bring 

 

  • Intermediate financial acumen with demonstrated business casing capability
  • Ability to assess revenue, margin, and cost trade-offs within product and pricing decisions
  • Analytical capability with experience leveraging performance and market data
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation capability
  • University degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, go-to-market strategy, or sales leadership
  • Previous sales channel experience and familiarity with TELUS Future Friendly Home (FFH), SmartHome Security (SHS), and Mobility portfolios considered an asset

 

Salary Range:  $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
