Drive M&A Excellence: Where Strategic Integration Meets Measurable Returns

 

Join the M&A Returns Excellence team within Corporate Finance as a Senior Program Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our mergers and acquisitions success. You'll lead Post-Acquisition and Integration (PAI) planning from initial deal evaluation through post-close integration, drive strategic decision-making, and deliver critical insights that optimize return on invested capital.

In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate across diverse M&A teams and stakeholder groups to champion our returns-focused approach. You'll maintain execution momentum, ensure end-to-end visibility of PAI strategy, and track outcomes that matter.

The ideal candidate brings solid M&A experience, exceptional emotional intelligence, and a proven ability to deliver excellence on multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously—even under tight timelines.

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Drive strategic alignment between acquisition strategies and detailed integration/separation plans across transaction teams, business units, and target organizations

  • Establish governance to ensure accountability, early risk identification, and performance tracking against key integration outcomes

  • Lead executive communications by synthesizing cross-functional inputs into strategic reports and presentations for the Steering Team

  • Facilitate high-impact meetings with stakeholders at all levels, managing end-to-end coordination and documentation

  • Build team capability by coaching junior resources and overseeing their deliverables

  • Champion continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and lessons-learned documentation

  • Apply best practices from previous M&A projects to drive better outcomes

Qualifications

 

What You Bring

 

  • 5-7 years of project management experience using established methodologies and best practices

  • M&A expertise with hands-on post-merger integration 

  • Financial acumen with ability to analyze and leverage financial metrics

  • Technical proficiency in Google Suite; Looker Studio experience a plus

  • Executive presence with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Communication skills that translate complexity into clarity through written, verbal, and presentation formats

  • Agility and resilience to thrive in ambiguity, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines

  • Influence without authority by developing strategic approaches and building strong cross-functional relationships

  • Commitment to excellence with a track record of delivering on promises, taking accountability, and upholding integrity

 

Great to haves

 

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other discipline

  • MBA, PMP or equivalent experience

Salary Range:  $97,000-$145,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%
