Customer Solutions Delivery (CSD) is seeking a dynamic Strategy and Leadership Support Lead to drive strategic initiatives at the highest level. This is a high-impact role where you'll serve as a true partner to the VP and leadership team — shaping business direction, leading transformational projects, and influencing decisions that impact millions of customers across Canada.

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as trusted advisor to the VP and CSD leadership; develop executive-level performance updates and strategic materials
  • Planning & Execution: Lead annual strategic planning, business reviews, and roadmap development ("plan on a page"); own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Business Intelligence: Analyze market shifts and trends; develop scenario-based analyses and actionable recommendations
  • Communications & Storytelling: Craft high-impact presentations and leadership narratives for executive, operational, and external audiences
  • Culture & Engagement: Lead all-team forums, gather feedback, and drive initiatives that enhance team morale and ways of working
  • Governance: Facilitate leadership forums, manage action items, and maintain operational rigor through robust frameworks

Qualifications


What you bring

 

  • 5+ years in consulting, business strategy, or product management
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and drive decisions
  • Exceptional storytelling skills: translating complex dynamics into compelling narratives
  • Strong analytical capabilities: business modeling, forecasting, market assessment
  • Track record of identifying opportunities and delivering measurable results
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

 

Nice-to-Haves:

 

  • MBA or PMP certification
  • Experience leading large-scale transformational programs
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

 

Salary Range:  $97,000-$145,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
