Our Team and What We’ll Accomplish Together

As the Program Manager for Telus Health’s Occupational Health Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Network, you will play a critical role in establishing a best-practice approach to how we establish and maintain TPA relationships for occupational health service delivery. You’ll bring fresh perspective and offer industry-specific expertise and guidance to enhance Telus Health’s service outreach capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of how TELUS Health provides occupational health services. Your ability to establish strong relationships with occupational testing providers, clinics, lab partners, and internal stakeholders will build a foundation pillar that will help drive how we grow in the occupational health market. If you have a passion for occupational health, and have a desire to help Telus Health become a market leader globally, we want to work with you.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class approach to TPA networks, specific to occupational health service delivery
  • Own the strategy, development, and implementation practices used to expand our TPA network, and maintain strong relationships within our existing network
  • Identify new growth opportunities and verticals that could be integrated into the Telus Health occupational health TPA network
  • Work with the Manager of products & services for occupational health, to align growth priorities with program deliverables in the TPA network
  • Work with the Occupational Health team to drive a solution-oriented mindset and discover best-in-class opportunities for growth
  • Maintain program/project timelines for the TPA network, and maintain accountability for deliverables, both personally and team-wide
  • Collaborate with the greater Telus Health ecosystem, and move our strategic priorities forward
