Here's how

 

As a Senior Program Manager on the Post Acquisition Centre of Excellence - PAI team, your primary responsibility will be driving the successful migration of acquired customers into the TELUS & Altima ecosystem. You will ensure that we deliver on our business objectives while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Developing and executing large scale programs and projects to migrate acquired customers and team members in consultation with stakeholders utilizing the TELUS fair process approach
  • Collaborating closely with the seller to meet milestones and overcome obstacles 
  • Drive decisions on Interim & Day 2 support among all stakeholders
  • Ensuring the alignment of all migration plans and tactics with the TELUS corporate, customer experience, and strategic priorities
  • Supporting business case formulation and due diligence for future acquisitions by evaluating operational capabilities and integration requirements
  • Accountable for meeting & exceeding the key strategic transformational and operational targets of your programs 

Qualifications

 

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

 

  • 8+ years’ experience delivering complex transformation programs involving business process engineering, systems development and implementation, and change management in a service delivery environment 
  • Proven track record and experience leading multiple acquisition dimensions: e.g. customer care, technical support, field technician operations, systems, deployment, central monitoring, guard response, field, care etc. 
  • Unsatisfied with the status quo and constantly on the lookout for industry best practices, technology trends, and customer experience opportunities to find and lead the next best transformation
  • Able to drive alignment on key decisions across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in a matrix structure using a network of departments to deliver end to end success
  • Execution oriented and structured planning capabilities
  • Excellent program and project management knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Natural communication skills, the ability to succinctly and clearly explain tactical plans, expectations and strategy to front line teams and managers, as well as to your peers and supporting executives
  • Passion for working in a dynamic, high performance culture
  • Innovative and excited about pioneering a new business for TELUS
  • Strong relationship management skills

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Degree in business or technology e.g. engineering, computer science, MBA
  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions or post-acquisition integration
  • Knowledge and leadership experience within internet, digital services, or technology industries
  • Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) 
Salary Range:  $97,000-$145,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
