Build the Future of Sales. Enable Thousands. Drive Transformation.

Join our team and what we’ll accomplish together

What if your work directly enabled thousands of sales reps to perform at their best? As Senior Program Manager (Tools & Technology), you'll own the digital platforms and system capabilities that power our Door-to-Door sales channel. You'll lead the evolution of technology that transforms how our teams sell and how customers experience our brands.

You'll champion capital programs that matter—building and evolving tools that elevate the entire customer journey and optimize sales rep experiences. Your roadmap decisions will unlock productivity, enable scalable growth, and directly impact revenue. This is strategic work with immediate, measurable results.

Partner with sales execution leadership, technology teams, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure platform evolution meets real field needs. You'll be the bridge between what sales needs and what technology can deliver—translating operational requirements into elegant system solutions that drive adoption and results.

Strong product management discipline, roadmap ownership, and release governance expertise will set you apart. Your ability to translate complex operational challenges into structured enhancements will make you invaluable to the organization.

As a strategic thinker with product management expertise and deep understanding of sales operations. You're energized by solving complex problems, enabling teams, and building systems that scale. You thrive on visibility, influence, and measurable impact.

If you're ready to own a critical platform roadmap and shape how an entire sales channel operates, this is your opportunity to lead transformation.
