THE ROLE
As our Senior Project Manager, Sales Go to Market (GTM) + Readiness, you'll be the connective tissue between our Small Medium Business (SMB) sales strategy and our TELUS business field technician teams on the ground. You'll translate complex product launches and growth programs into clear, actionable plans that our field teams can actually execute—and you'll make sure they're set up to succeed every step of the way.
This role sits at the intersection of project management, sales enablement, and change management. You'll be orchestrating across BCX field teams, SMB GTM, Product teams, and cross-functional leadership—driving alignment, building momentum, and keeping our most critical growth initiatives on track.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- GTM Readiness Ownership Own end-to-end sales readiness strategy for new product and service launches for our Customer + Field Excellence team. You'll orchestrate all critical components—from sales training and playbook development to stakeholder communications and field readiness—ensuring teams are equipped for success and driving adoption metrics
- Field Sales Enablement Take existing SMB playbooks and resources and customize them for our field teams. You'll close the gap between sales team resources and what works in the field—making things simple and digestible
- Strategy & Growth Program Management Lead the strategic development and execution of emerging sales initiatives. You'll define program strategy, establish governance, track performance against targets, and drive accountability across all stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Leadership Partner autonomously with BCX field leadership, SMB GTM, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategy, drive alignment, and resolve complex organizational challenges. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on go-to-market decisions
- Strategic Communication & Storytelling Develop compelling communications, decks, and collateral that resonate with any audience—from frontline technicians to VPs. You'll translate program updates into meaningful stories that inspire action

Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in channel strategy, sales, and/or operations
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs with accountability for outcomes across teams
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving large-scale business transformation
- Expertise in story telling & collateral development (sales resources, decks, and enablement materials) designed for diverse audiences
