Description

THE ROLE

As our Senior Project Manager, Sales Go to Market (GTM) + Readiness, you'll be the connective tissue between our Small Medium Business (SMB) sales strategy and our TELUS business field technician teams on the ground. You'll translate complex product launches and growth programs into clear, actionable plans that our field teams can actually execute—and you'll make sure they're set up to succeed every step of the way.

This role sits at the intersection of project management, sales enablement, and change management. You'll be orchestrating across BCX field teams, SMB GTM, Product teams, and cross-functional leadership—driving alignment, building momentum, and keeping our most critical growth initiatives on track.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. GTM Readiness Ownership Own end-to-end sales readiness strategy for new product and service launches for our Customer + Field Excellence team. You'll orchestrate all critical components—from sales training and playbook development to stakeholder communications and field readiness—ensuring teams are equipped for success and driving adoption metrics
  2. Field Sales Enablement Take existing SMB playbooks and resources and customize them for our field teams. You'll close the gap between sales team resources and what works in the field—making things simple and digestible
  3. Strategy & Growth Program Management Lead the strategic development and execution of emerging sales initiatives. You'll define program strategy, establish governance, track performance against targets, and drive accountability across all stakeholders
  4. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner autonomously with BCX field leadership, SMB GTM, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategy, drive alignment, and resolve complex organizational challenges. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on go-to-market decisions
  5. Strategic Communication & Storytelling Develop compelling communications, decks, and collateral that resonate with any audience—from frontline technicians to VPs. You'll translate program updates into meaningful stories that inspire action

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Sales Acumen – You understand how sales teams think, what motivates them, and what they need to succeed. You can connect strategy to the realities of the field
  • Communications Excellence – You're a compelling storyteller who can adjust your message and materials for any audience—frontline to VPs—and inspire action through clarity and conviction. You own the narrative and drive alignment across the organization
  • Change Management – You know that transformation is about people, not just process. You bring stakeholders along the journey and maintain momentum through ambiguity
  • Curiosity – You possess a natural curiosity and use it to constructively challenge established norms and build widespread consensus. You are committed to driving change and inspiring others to join you
  • Program Driver – You thrive managing multiple priorities and complex programs simultaneously. You own end-to-end delivery, know when to zoom out for strategy and when to roll up your sleeves for execution, and drive accountability across teams
  • Ambiguity Navigator – You don't need a perfect roadmap to get started. You're resourceful, adaptable, and energized by building something new from the ground up. You can operate both autonomously and collaboratively, and make sound decisions with incomplete information
