As Senior Project Manager, you'll own the vision and execution of programs that directly improve sales effectiveness through innovative process optimization and cutting-edge AI solutions. Financial & Strategic Leadership

 

You'll independently develop robust business cases, leveraging your professional expertise and TELUS EASE financial models. This requires strong financial acumen—evaluating revenue impact, cost structures, capital requirements, productivity gains, and ROI to inform critical investment decisions and drive organizational alignment.

 


Regulatory & Operational Stewardship

 

You'll lead structured assessments of regulatory changes affecting the channel, thoughtfully evaluating operational and commercial implications while developing strategic options for leadership consideration. Your ability to translate complex requirements into practical execution plans will protect sales productivity and enhance customer experience.

 


Success in this role requires analytical strength, commercial thinking, and the ability to move concepts from idea to measurable results.

 

 


What you’ll do

 

  • Develop program strategy, structure, and governance for AI and special channel initiatives
  • Manage scope, schedule, resources, and budgets with clear documentation and accountability
  • Independently build business cases using TELUS EASE models and sound financial analysis
  • Quantify revenue, margin, cost, productivity, and capital impacts
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases that improve sales effectiveness
  • Lead implementation of AI-enabled tools and process improvements
  • Lead regulatory impact assessments and develop strategic options to inform leadership decisions
  • Present data-driven recommendations and financial analyses to senior leadership
  • Track performance outcomes to ensure initiatives deliver measurable ROI

 

Qualifications


What you bring
 

  • Proven ability to independently develop financially sound business cases
  • Strong financial acumen and experience evaluating ROI
  • Familiarity with TELUS EASE financial frameworks
  • Experience implementing AI, automation, or comparable analytics initiatives
  • Experience supporting operational planning for regulatory or policy-driven change
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence capability
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • MBA considered an asset
  • 5+ years experience in strategy, consulting, product, financial, or operational leadership roles
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating sales channels preferred

 

Salary Range:  $86,000-$136,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
