The Custom Home team within Customer Solutions Delivery (CSD) East specializes in designing, implementing, and supporting personalized smart home and security solutions for residential customers. We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to lead the introduction of new services within this dynamic team, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of innovative offerings from concept through market launch.

 

 

What you'll do

 


You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex timelines and deliverables, and ensure seamless integration of new smart home and security services into our existing portfolio. Working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers, you'll deliver tailored automation and security solutions that enhance the connected living experience while driving the strategic expansion of our custom home services offerings.
We're looking for someone with exceptional emotional intelligence, thought leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects with excellence. You naturally build strong working relationships and have the unique ability to transform complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions for multiple stakeholders across TELUS.

Essential Qualifications

 

  • 7-10 years of relevant project management experience
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen
  • Proven track record managing multiple competing priorities and complex projects
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with wireline operations, customer service delivery, and digital transformation
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly across various mediums (Google suite)
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Strong self-starter with proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, and practices

Salary Range:  $95,000-$143,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%
