As a Senior Strategy Manager, Capital Governance & Strategy, you will:

  • Lead capital planning – drive the end-to-end annual planning cycle, ensuring investments are aligned, prioritized, and executed with discipline
  • Facilitate leadership forums – manage and lead monthly Consumer Capital Leadership Forums, shaping the agenda, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring productive dialogue with the ELT and senior stakeholders
  • Enable governance excellence – strengthen governance frameworks, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with TELUS’ standards across the capital portfolio
  • Communicate with impact – craft clear, compelling executive reports and presentations, tailoring messages for diverse audiences and driving alignment across leadership teams
  • Influence through leadership – act as a trusted advisor, building credibility with executives and cross-functional partners to shape investment decisions and support adoption of governance practices
  • Drive portfolio insights – conduct performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to ensure TELUS maximizes return on capital

Here’s how you’ll make an impact

  • Annual Capital Planning – Lead the design and execution of the capital planning program, ensuring allocations for 2026 are strategically prioritized, supported by clear processes, and reported with precision
  • Governance Excellence – Strengthen governance frameworks by implementing process improvements, ensuring every initiative meets TELUS’ high compliance and oversight standards
  • Investment Evaluation – Collaborate with stakeholders and finance leaders to rigorously review and enhance business cases, ensuring clarity on benefits, resource requirements, and strategic alignment
  • Executive Reporting & Insights – Deliver concise, compelling executive-level reporting and performance analysis, enabling the ELT to make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Forum Facilitation & Stakeholder Influence – Act as a trusted advisor by leading leadership forums, fostering engagement across TELUS Consumer Solutions, and driving the adoption of governance practices through influence and collaboration
