Do you have a passion for building and executing on strategic program initiatives and product launches, whilst cultivating strong relationships? As Senior Strategy Manager– Certified Pre-Owned Devices (CPO), you will help to develop, lead, and execute on new strategy implementation and product launches for our CPO program. You will work on exciting and critical business initiatives while delivering device options that are better for the planet and customers’ wallets. And, you will rally a diverse set of stakeholders to accomplish innovative marketing goals to create competitive advantage and establish TELUS as the destination for CPO and sustainability.

 

Here’s How:

 

  • Project manage and execute new initiatives and product launches for CPO, working with a broad range of stakeholders including marketing and channel, systems, legal, finance, and digital teams
  • Manage all aspects of the project over the entire life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
  • Define project scope and objectives, secure appropriate resources, develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Manage project budget and financials
  • Manage journey and experience for new CPO initiatives across all relevant channels, ensuring a simple, smooth, and cohesive frontline/customer experience
  • Define key success metrics for product launches, conduct data-based post-mortems, and take action to drive desired targets
  • Own Executive level presentations and updates, pertaining to all things product launch
  • Jointly develop, and implement, post-launch marketing programs and ad-hoc projects that drive sustained product awareness, consideration, and purchase intent

  • Natural collaborator and leader, who can garner the respect and support of large cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with proven ability to roll up their sleeves, take complete ownership of a project and/or initiative, and is willing to hustle to get stuff done under tight timelines
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities across a wide range of internal, and external, stakeholders
  • Effective communicator, comfortable having interactions with various levels of senior management, both internally and externally
  • Passionate, dynamic, and committed, looking to continuously raise the stakes in their role
  • Bachelor's degree or similar post-secondary degree, with 5+ years of relevant work experience

 

 

Salary Range:  $94,000-$142,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
