Our Product Bundling and Emerging Services team is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering market-leading bundled product packages and supporting services, building out our roadmap, and ensuring that our product ordering and service experiences are best-in-class for our sales teams and customers alike. Our team works across our product spectrum, including both our wireless and fixed portfolios.

 

What we'll accomplish together

 

We are searching for a Senior Strategy Manager to drive our product bundling and emerging services strategy to new places. In this role, you will lead the development of our bundling and emerging services strategy by bringing forward new ideas and integrating them with our other product portfolio strategies. As a senior member of our product team, you are responsible for defining the business strategy and roadmap, and communicating this strategy upwards and across the organization.

 

Reporting to the Director, SMB Product Bundling and Emerging Services, you will play a critical role in delivering our market-leading solutions to Canadian businesses

  • You like trying new products in all aspects of your life. You enjoy gathering insights from others’ strong opinions about ideas and products
  • You are an expert in telling a story, selling an idea, and giving strategies life via Google slides (or equivalent) and an accompanying talk track. You’ve regularly received compliments on these communications and find it easy to put together
  • You will lead and develop the business units overall strategic plan, conduent semi-annual strategic reviews and monthly performance updates at the Executive Leadership level
  • You will establish a performance management framework that aligns metrics/KPI’s to our strategy
  • You will analyze key market shifts and trends for impact and opportunity
  • You contribute to an environment of cooperation and enjoy promoting a supportive dynamic
  • You have overseen product strategies, customer journey design, requirements gathering, competitive intelligence, and product prioritization
  • You are relentless in your pursuit of the ideal customer experience
  • You’re an analytical and strategic thinker who uses fact based analysis and clear business cases to guide your decision making, particularly when confronting ambiguity
  • You are resilient and adept at thinking outside the box and are constantly observing, being curious and asking questions
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required for this opportunity

 

 

Qualifications

 

Great to have

 

  • Business or technical educational background (e.g. engineering).
  • 5+ year of progressive and relevant work experience in product marketing or product strategy
  • Prior telecommunications expertise
  • B2B experience - particularly in small and/or medium business segments
