We're seeking a strategic leader to reimagine how new products are introduced and integrated into our portfolio, and dramatically accelerate how we get these products to the market. As Strategic Programs Director, you'll blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, developing the program to accelerate our product introduction and integration globally. What you’ll do
- Leverage leadership and user feedback to create actionable improvements the service introduction process
- Envision and design the next-generation process to rapidly accelerate new service introductions to the market
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams ensuring that our service launches are prioritized to enable specific business outcomes
- Take ownership of the current process while envisioning what the market needs at a global scale
- Report directly to senior leadership on strategic initiatives and contributions to corporate goals
Qualifications
What you bring
- Minimum 10 years of product management experience in matrix organizations
- Strategic mindset combined with a bias for hands-on execution
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across the organization
- Ability to think like a customer to envision future needs and translate into strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in building robust process and customer experiences
- Deep understanding of visual thinking and storytelling strategies
- Experience in managing multiple competing priorities and executive stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with building programs from the ground up and adapting to real-time conditions
Great-to-haves
- Health industry background preferred but not required
- Understanding of product lifecycle management and competitive landscapes
