We enable a customer centric approach to selling new products and services to our customers through our team members who live and work within their communities. The Value Generation within Customer Solutions Delivery (CSD) is a transformational team, focused on growing the value that technicians provide for TELUS. We do this through enabling and supporting technician sales channel activities and technician professional services billing. Our team is influential in how services are delivered to our customers and plays a pivotal role in growing our business in new ways.
What you’ll do
You are a leader with a proven track record in coaching and sales who can champion a new sales coaching program for leaders in our field workforce. You will be empowered to execute a new revolutionary consultative coaching development program in order to elevate and grow the performance of the technician sales channel. You will have the opportunity to shape the culture and core competencies of our field workforce in new and innovative ways through your contributions to the technician sales channel program. This exciting role will come with lots of support, resources and expertise to help you be successful.
Here's how
- Deliver a sales coaching curriculum for field leaders in both our internal and partner workforces
- Develop sales onboarding for new leaders in the field
- Consult with General Managers and sales channel operations team on tactics and support needed to develop sales skills and acumen in the field as a core competency of the workforce
- Partner with the current sales coach to develop a partnership that best supports the needs of our field leaders

- Proven track record in coaching, sales, leadership and skill development
- Confident in driving innovative solutions to challenging problems which will shape the culture of a workforce
- Regarded as an expert in sales with an exceptional ability to train others
- Strong reputation for being self-driven and highly motivated to take initiative
Great-to-haves

- Leadership experience in a formal management role
