Join the TELUS Health CHR Implementation & Content team and play a critical role in delivering client-centric solutions that support the successful adoption and enhancement of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms. As a Business Analyst I, you’ll support process improvement initiatives, content development, and internal workflows that empower teams to deliver scalable, high-impact experiences across the customer journey.
You’ll work collaboratively across teams, transforming high-level concepts into structured plans and solutions. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness and quality of the CHR and EMR implementations and content strategy.
What you will do

Manage content database including backlog triage, documentation, and prioritization of updates

Develop forms and clinical content with varying levels of complexity to meet client and internal needs

Lead working sessions and communicate effectively across impacted teams and stakeholders to enable decision-making

Coordinate across departments and vendors, where applicable, to ensure smooth and timely project execution

Contribute to requirements gathering, testing, communication, and implementation of business changes

Document processes and contribute to training and knowledge materials for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge
-
3 to 5 years of experience in content creation, healthcare, or EMR implementation
-
Familiarity with Google Workspace, JIRA, SaleForce, Confluence, and other collaboration tools (asset)

Accountable for timely resolution of clinical content support issues involving TELUS EMR/CHR systems and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional team members to achieve project objectives and plans and facilitate meetings and working sessions.

Accountable for creating and maintaining a work plan to manage their own tasks, deliverables and schedule

Ensures open & ongoing communication to support change management.

Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is an asset, particularly for enhancing clinical content and tools
