As a valuable member of the CESAR Team in BCX, you will join our mission to drive an effective and exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic individual to represent BCX during the bid assessment and contract renewal process. Your role will be pivotal in increasing new business and securing contracts with existing clients. By utilizing your expertise and insights, you will play a key role in the success of our organization. Success in this role will not only benefit the company but also provide you with opportunities for professional growth and recognition.

Your understanding of customer expectations and your ability to exceed them will be crucial in creating remarkable experiences for our clients. In this role, your skills and insights will be instrumental in shaping our operational framework and identifying potential risks associated with proposed solutions. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that our groups in Solution Delivery, Service Excellence, Field and Partner Services and Customer Excellence in BCX align seamlessly with our clients' needs and expectations.

- Exceptional analytical skills to meticulously analyze and decode customer business requirements, clauses in RFPs, technical solutions and historical data to create cost estimates
- Dynamic leadership skills that inspire and effectively guide teams through problem-solving situations, while maintaining motivation and achieving optimal solutions within tight schedules
- Advanced communication abilities to establish strong rapport with collaborators, proficiently articulate complex solutions and concepts, and present concise conclusions and recommendations
- Impeccable organizational skills and structured planning capabilities to efficiently manage bids, skilfully drive timelines, and effectively prioritize tasks
- A comprehensive understanding of business operations, including budgetary concepts, enabling the provision of well-informed advice and guidance to executives
- Proven skills in collaboration, enabling the seamless and timely processing of complex deals, alongside leveraging the diverse expertise of team members, while harmoniously working with stakeholders
Great-to-haves
- Bachelor with 4 years of experience
- DEC or Certificate with 6 years of experience
- Training or experience area: Business Analyst, Administration, Project Management, IT, Electrical engineering or other related training, ITIL Certification, PMP
